Super Fan 2009?

I like the sound of this...her website don't say too much. Just the mp3, a little tidbit of info and blam...it's in my computer. And aint nobody tryna get mad because all her mp3's are legally posted with permission from the artist. That is alright by me. Plus...it really promotes the heck out of each artist that lets one gr8 free mp3 a day get posted.
I wonder if she is gonna make it to the end of the year, though.
I guess y'all will have to see. Cuz I can't see nuthin really...But lookee here, she has got a blues page just for my kinda people.
Bless her little heart...

Super Fan 2009 is right on time.

Michael Jackson is still traveling on...

The world lost it's greatest pop star, I know...it was sudden and now very controversial. But things like this must happen and people must accept it and move on. The blues is a mighty mighty feeling of loss, pain and hopelessness. What this man right here has left behind for everybody seems to be a priceless gift and endless memories of celebrating music. Nobody in the world was untouched. And so maybe his spirit is in peace right now.
And so to him is this dedication to him and his new journey.

I'm Still Traveling On

A song by the Mississippi Sheiks

God bless ya Michael

My exploding head and its search for some music...

Lordy, Lordy Lord!

All I want to do is find some good music to listen to and I have to spend all my time SEARCHING for it! Any time I start a music search, I get fifty gazillion choices I have to pick and choose from. Where in the world can I find a simple already made list? Come on now, it's 2009 and the pile just keeps gettin' bigger and BIGGER! Is there anybody out there who has ALREADY done MY search? Why do I have to wade through this gigantic ocean of searches just to find a few tunes I can nod my head to?! It's gonna end up being an exploding head if this keeps up! I do NOT want to end up like this photograph here...

Come on...help an old blind man out...

When bands meltdown at recording sessions...The Troggs Tape

 Hey everybody, how y'all doin?
As a solo artist I appreciate the time I spend in peace and quiet. Then when it's time to play my guitar, I can concentrate and focus on the music. Otherwise, being in a band seems to be a constant trip from one trial to another tribulation, or something like that. I have been told that marriage is one hell of a long episode of ups and mostly downs. I can only imagine what 4 marriages must be like. Here is an example of what I'm talkin about:

Uncle Sam's Laughing While Dad's Gettin' Fuzzy

Hey peoples! I found these jokes surfin' around Netsville:

" The best things in life are free but President Obama's tax advisors are working hard at work trying to solve that problem. "

Obama is so pretty that the new symbol of the Democrat Party will be a unicorn

Obama is so pretty that Bill Clinton wants to intern for him

Obama is so pretty that the White House Rose Garden will need to triple in size

Obama is so pretty that his anti-matter version is James Carville

Obama is so pretty that his supporters think that he's smart

Obama is so pretty that he won't ride in Ted Kennedy's car

Obama is so pretty that he would be a 10 if his Daddy owned a liquor store

Obama is so pretty that he would even look good in a Hillary pantsuit

Obama is so pretty that when he goes to Iraq he has to wear a Burka

Obama is so pretty that he gives John Edwards makeup tips

Obama is so pretty that his mirror on the wall was struck speechless

If Uncle Sam is laughing at these jokes...then

Oh, say can you see by the dawn's early light What so proudly we hailed at the twilight's last gleaming? Whose broad stripes and bright stars thru the perilous fight, O'er the ramparts we watched were so gallantly streaming? And the rocket's red glare, the bombs bursting in air, Gave proof through the night that our flag was still there. Oh, say does that star-spangled banner yet wave O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave?

The President of the United States of America.
Barrack H. Obama

One Dime Blues

How many people are suffering on a daily basis?
I am a blind man and I can see more and more each and every day! The rich get rich and the poor stay the same. And Old Son House is trying to get patriotic right now. How can I get patriotic if I aint even got one dime for my blues?!
